All of our workout classes are group fitness. We have a cap of 16 members per class so we can ensure each member receives attention and quality coaching.

Hybrid

Geared to get you strong and sweaty! Hybrid combines functional fitness, as well as olympic lifting and gymnastic elements with a daily metabolic conditioning workout. Not only will Hybrid build strength, but it will also build your endurance with specially designed programming. Open to all fitness levels. BUY A DROP IN.


Power

Come to build strength in our Power classes, which are focused on powerlifting methodology to build strength. BUY A DROP IN.


Olympic Lifting

Come check out our Olympic lifting class where we focus on improving your Clean & Jerk and Snatch. This class runs on Wednesday mornings and evenings. Olympic lifting classes are reserved for members only.


Competitors class

A 90 minute program designed for those interested in competing in the sport of CrossFit. Intensity and volume is increased from our regular Hybrid program and a coach is in class doing the workout with you. Comp Class runs Saturdays from 11am-12:30pm and is reserved for members only.



Personal Training

Our coaching team offers one on one sessions that will help you reach your goals faster. Whether you would like to improve skill work, complete your CrossFit foundations course of have a full time coach in your corner we can help you. GET INFO ON PT.
