To ensure our members receive the proper instruction and attention we have placed the following capacities on our programs:
CrossFit: 12 members per class

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. Our programs combine weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular activity all in a one hour class. Each class includes a warm up, strength or skill session and our daily workout of the day (WOD) sure to challenge you mentally and physically.
Power is a class designed to gain strength, power and increase lean muscle. This program focuses on body weight movements, as well as the five fundamental barbell lifts: Squats, Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Power Clean. Power is for both those who are new to lifting weights, as well as experienced lifters looking to improve technique and follow advanced programming to push past plateaus.
Burn is a high intensity interval training(HIIT) program that will focus on increasing strength while elevating your heart rate through the use of body weight strength exercises, basic barbell movements and metabolic conditioning. This program is designed for those looking for a high intensity circuit program where they can show up and sweat!
CrossFit Foundations is our onramp program into our daily CrossFit classes. Foundations is for members new to CrossFit and places an emphasis on form and technique as well as the proper movement standards within a CrossFit class. The format of the class is similar to that of a CrossFit class, only the Strength/Skill portion is learning a particular movement, followed by a WOD that compliments that series and is scaled down from our daily Class WOD.
For members new to CrossFit, it is mandatory to complete all six CrossFit Foundations classes before entering regular daily CrossFit classes. Each class has a focus and resets every two weeks. The six class template starts with your most foundational movement series and finishes with the more complex movement series. The series order is as follows; Squat, Press, Deadlift, Gymnastics, Clean & Jerk, Snatch. Members can be done foundations in as little as two weeks and are encouraged to take our Burn or Power programs while they work through our foundations program.
At lift, we believe in a results based training philosophy (RBT), which we define as having a purpose and objective towards your training. Whether that be to gain strength, lose weight, improve endurance, stamina or mobility, we have all the tools, and resources to ensure our community achieves their result.
Our results based training philosophy means that whatever result you're seeking we have the program for you. With a Lift membership you will have access to all of our programs; Burn, Power and CrossFit.
