DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS AN ATHLETE
In my early years, I trained primarily as a strength & power athlete. I have experience competing in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. To this day, Olympic weightlifting remains my favorite training methodology. My favorite lift is the clean – it is an intricately coordinated display of raw speed and power. In early 2018 I began doing CrossFit and joined the Lift community. In my opinion, CrossFit is the best all-encompassing fitness methodology. Who knew lifting could be so fun.
WHAT CAN MEMBERS EXPECT IN YOUR CLASS / COACHING STYLE
In my class, I will teach you the best way to move – I’ll also explain why. I might even give you some literature to read! Whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, I will challenge you to improve.
